Our Pricing Policy
We like to keep our pricing simple, so that our customers/clients know exactly what they are paying for. All clients will receive a free no obligation quotation after a site analysis.
All Regular Maintenance quotes will have a full break down of what your specific requirements are, and a choice of weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits. Also hourly visits can be arranged depending on the customers requirements.
When quoting for a 'One-Off' job, you will be given a 'Labour charge'. This is the total price that you will be charged for the service, no matter how long the job takes or however many workers are on site.
Additional costs can occur when carrying out a variety of jobs they can include waste disposal costs, material costs and tool hire. All additional charges will be clearly stated within the quotation.
If, whilst doing a job, we discover that more work or supplies are needed, we will speak to you about this, we will not automatically do it and then land you with an unexpected higher bill - you will be in complete control of your budget.
You will be invoiced after the work has been carried out, and cash, cheques and online banking transfers are kindly accepted.
